SBox/Spirit Box

This is a small radio that scans both AM and FM frequencies, generating white noise from existing radio bands. Research suggests that spirits use AM and FM frequencies to communicate. The SBox is used for 'Estes Method', which is a form of two-way communciation with spirits. The receiver, wearing noise-cancelling headphones and a blindfold listens to the SBox whilst another person asks the questions to the spirits. We also use a larger, louder version for groups without headphones.
